By purchasing a ticket and attending the performance, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms:

・Except in the event that the performance is canceled due to circumstances attributable to the organizer, tickets are non-refundable for any reason.
・If the performance is canceled due to circumstances attributable to the organizer, the organizer's liability shall not exceed the amount of the ticket price paid.
・If the event is canceled due to natural disasters or other circumstances beyond the organizer's control, the organizer's liability shall not exceed the amount of the ticket price paid.
・Resale of tickets for commercial purposes is prohibited.
・Admission is available to guests aged 13 and over.
・Tickets cannot be refunded due to circumstances attributable to the guest.
・The performance is scheduled to be streamed online simultaneously, and you may appear in the footage. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Photo spots located outside the performance space may be photographed before and after the performance. In the event of an emergency after the performance begins, performers and staff will take charge and guide guests to safety.
・Due to the close proximity of the cast and performers, and for safety reasons, all personal belongings, including mobile phones, must be stored in the lockers provided at the venue.Large items of luggage, such as suitcases, or items that do not fit in the lockers, may be left outside the venue.Please note that management cannot accept any responsibility in such cases.
・If you have symptoms such as coughing that are clearly noticeable to others, you will be refused entry regardless of the reason in order to protect the performers and other guests. Tickets will not be refunded in such cases. If you have a fever, cough, or other symptoms before leaving home, please prioritize your health and refrain from attending the performance.
・If requested by a public authority, such as a public health center, for the purpose of preventing the spread of COVID-19 or other infectious diseases, we may provide guests' personal information to the relevant authority.
・If you arrive after the scheduled start time, you may be required to wait until a designated time before entering due to the nature of the performance.
・Due to the nature of the performance, guests will be required to go up and down stairs several times. There is also a part of the performance where guests will be seated on tatami mats. Therefore, this performance is limited to guests who are able to move independently on their own feet and stand up and sit down without assistance. For safety reasons, guests using crutches are also not permitted to participate.
・Guests with disabilities who wish to attend will be assessed and given individual guidance depending on the type of disability. Please contact the official performance email address listed at the bottom of this page before purchasing a ticket. Due to the structure of the venue, guests using wheelchairs cannot participate.
・Due to the nature of the performance, some areas inside the venue are narrow and dark. The performance also includes sudden blackouts, flashing/strobing lights, and loud sounds. Guests who are sensitive to these effects, or who may experience hyperventilation or other physical reactions as a result, should participate at their own discretion and responsibility.
・Pregnant guests and those with health concerns are not permitted to attend.
Guests who are heavily intoxicated or whom staff otherwise determine to be unfit to participate will be refused entry at the entrance, even if they have already purchased a ticket. Tickets will not be refunded in such cases.
・After the performance has begun, please refrain from eating or drinking any food or beverages brought into the venue, including chewing gum and candy.
・Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire premises and venue.
・Pets are not permitted inside the venue.
・The organizer assumes no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings or valuables.
・The organizer assumes no responsibility for disputes between guests.
・The organizer assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring inside the venue.
・The organizer assumes no responsibility for accidents or other incidents occurring while traveling to or from the venue. Please take care to avoid accidents while traveling to the venue.
・There is no parking available at the venue. As there are limited parking facilities in the surrounding area, we kindly ask that you refrain from coming by car.

Food & Beverage Information and Disclaimer
The menu contains ingredients that may cause allergic reactions, including eggs, milk (dairy products), and lemon and orange peels. On Special Days only, food and beverages containing gelatin will also be served.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the complete prevention of cross-contact with allergens during food preparation.

We are unable to accommodate individual dietary requirements, including food allergies, religious dietary restrictions, or other dietary preferences. Ingredient substitutions, menu modifications, and alternative dishes will not be available.

We kindly ask all guests to review the above information carefully and consider their own health conditions, allergies, and dietary restrictions before making a reservation.

By consuming the food and beverages provided after acknowledging and accepting the above conditions, guests understand that the organizer and all parties involved shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or other adverse health effects arising from such consumption, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
